Teo Su Chern

Biography

Su Chern is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with the Co-Active Training Institute, with experience coaching business leaders, high-performing executives and international teams. She brings industry expertise in the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions, particularly on strategic leadership, team collaboration and communication. Su Chern has lived and worked in London, New York and Hong Kong and also holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.

Since end 2016, Su Chern has designed and taught Collaboration by Design to all Freshmore teams in 3.007 and to all Capstone teams. She is interested in innovative pedagogical approaches to teaching leadership, collaboration and communication skills to students.
